Founder Direction

Soil science meets civic research

Founded by Jackie Marshall, 3-Dimensional Balance Inc emerged from extensive grassroots involvement in community gardening, composting methods, and municipal research projects. This background shapes an organization that honors the physical realities of the soil while providing structured, data-informed frameworks for local leaders.

Our work ensures that community-driven agricultural and educational initiatives possess the documentation and empirical backing required for long-term grant compliance and community sustainability.

Institutional Principles

Five pillars governing our field research

Balance, education, community, sustainability, and research form the permanent framework of our interventions. Every workshop and measurement protocol balances empirical data collection with practical human services, ensuring local efforts translate into permanent infrastructure.

We operate on the principle that knowledge must be shared directly with grassroots managers. Through initiatives like our Plant a Seed workshops, we bridge the gap between abstract scientific methodology and daily community garden operations across Georgia.
